Cedarmont Kids is an alternative rock band formed in early 1995. The original members were singer-songwriter Ryan Key, guitarist Brian Dales, drummer John Wittenburg and bassist Mark Hoppus. Cedarmont Kids released their debut album “When You’re a kid” to widespread acclaim in 1996 before releasing two more albums that received similar reception: “Don’t Shut Your Eyes” (1997) and “They Call Us Babies Again!” (1998). They disbanded after the release of their last full length studio album called “All That We Know Is Falling” which was recorded with former Blink 182 frontman Tom DeLonge who left shortly after its completion.
