Tim Pulliam is an American journalist who works for ABC 11 WTVD News as an anchor/reporter. Pulliam is celebrating 15 years of award-winning television journalism in the Southeast, covering breaking news, race, culture, politics, crime, and tropical disasters. Tim was born and raised in Person County, just north of Raleigh-Durham. After working in Washington, D.C. as a writer for various news outlets and as a media strategy for a charity, he is excited to return to his roots in North Carolina.

Tim’s coverage of the Michael Dunn murder trial was included in the award-winning HBO documentary “3 1/2 Minutes: Ten Bullets” in 2015. The video focused on the life and assassination of Jordan Davis, a vulnerable adolescent from Jacksonville. Jordan was just 17 years old and the only child of Congresswoman Lucy McBath. Tim appears in the film, which is accessible on Netflix as well.
