Razia stayed in South American Formula 3 in 2006, winning the championship ahead of Mario Moraes and Diego Nunes with eleven podium finishes and seven race victories. He also competed in three races for Charouz Racing in the Formula 3000 International Masters series, winning all three to finish seventh in the championship. During the 2006–07 A1 Grand Prix season, he was also a rookie driver for A1 Team Brazil.
